When and how to report incidents

When to Report
  • Any property damage, regardless of size
  • Safety hazards or concerns
  • Equipment malfunctions
  • Missing or misplaced items
  • Unusual circumstances
  • Security concerns
Best Practices
  • Report incidents immediately when safe to do so
  • Take clear photos of the issue
  • Provide detailed, factual descriptions
  • Note the time and location accurately
  • Include any witness information if applicable
  • Do not tamper with evidence or scene
Emergency Situations
For emergencies (injuries, fires, security threats):
  1. Call emergency services first: 112 (EU Emergency Number)
  2. Then notify your supervisor immediately at +33 6 XX XX XX XX
  3. Ensure your safety and the safety of others
  4. Do not attempt to handle serious emergencies alone
What constitutes an emergency:
  • Serious injuries or medical emergencies
